Remembering this only effects the Random skilling of the game. This also means a 'fire mage' from Academy will also have different 'weights' compared to a fire mage of Stronghold, as an example. This helps make all the classes feel unique and gives some interesting opportunities for builds. Outside of some 'hard lore' restrictions (honestly not that many) everything is 'open' so to speak. Every class of every faction has their own assigned % to each potential Skill you could have populate the skill tree. We sat down with the VIPs a lot of on this one. I mean If my Hero is Paladin will he be offered more with Diplomacy abilities and less with Fire Magic? Or the chance of getting abilities from Diplomacy and Fire Magic are the same for all classes within a specific faction? Is there any % limitations based on a Hero's Class or there only restriction based on a Hero's faction? Originally posted by is another question.
